SIVO does not ask Indian sellers to be honest. We design every workflow so that cheating is detected automatically or costs the seller their bond. Here\u2019s how.
🛡️Compliance Gate Before Listing
Every seller passes UKCA, BS 7177, REACH and FSC verification — confirmed directly with the issuing labs — before any product goes live. Off-whitelist certs are auto-rejected.
📷In-Production QC Photos
Every batch sampled at 5–10% via the SIVO Factory App. GPS + EXIF locked, six standardised angles. AI photo forensics flag reuse, edits, and AI-generated images.
🔬Independent Pre-Shipment Inspection
Every container inspected by a rotating third-party agency (QIMA, SGS, Bureau Veritas, TIC Council). Same inspector cannot revisit a factory consecutively.
🚢UK Bonded Warehouse Spot-Check
No container is released to the buyer without spot-check at our UK bonded warehouse. Manifest reconciled, random units opened, lab-tested where flagged.
🔐Cryptographic QR Per Item
Every item ships with a printed QR encoding a sha256 hash of factory + batch + photos + inspector signature + timestamp. Scan to verify, tamper-detectable.
💷Buyer-Protection Pool
3% of every order is ringfenced. Defects within 14 days of scan-confirm are paid out from the pool first; we recover from the seller’s security bond after.
⚖️Three-Strike Ladder
Confirmed cheating costs the seller their bond, then their listing privileges, then a permanent public delisting. Sellers know cheating is expensive.
🤝Named Artisans, Public Scorecards
Every product names its artisan. Every approved seller has a public scorecard: pass rate, defect rate, dispute rate, on-time rate, strikes in 12 months. Hidden = nothing.
